Any sci-fi fans near the town of Beer in Devon (yes it’s a real place) on June 30th might like to spend some time at the Exewing Sci-fi Day which will be held between 10am and 5pm at the Pecorama (home to PECO who make model railway track).

Guests include Sophie Aldred (Ace), Nick Briggs (voice of the Daleks), Paul Blake (Greedo from Star Wars), Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) and Dalek operator Dan Baratt. All profits go towards two charities (FORCE Cancer Charity and CRY – Cardiav Risk in the Young).

An action-packed day includes signings, photo shoots, fancy dress, dealer stalls, raffle and an audience with the Daleks. Given the unique venue there is also a Sci-fi Nature Trail, Boba’s Bounty Hunt, a shooting range plus the chance to visit the Pecorama attractions such as the exhibition, shop, train ride and gardens.
