While earlier this week saw it confirmed that Kathy Bates won’t be returning for the upcoming seventh season of American Horror Story, we now have news on another familiar face who will be returning for FX’s fan favourite genre series.

Returning to the fold for American Horror Story: Cult will be Emma Roberts, the Scream 4 and Scream Queens actress who appeared in both the Coven and Freak Show seasons of AHS. News of Roberts’ participation was confirmed by show creator Ryan Murphy, who shared an on-set photo out on his social media channels.

American Horror Story: Cult is set for a September 5th premiere in the US, with a UK airing booked in for September 8th.
