In some unsurprising news, Deadline has confirmed that Emily VanCamp will be back as Agent 13 for Captain America: Civil War.

VanCamp’s “Kate” was a neighbour of Steve Rogers in Captain America: Winter Soldier. Of course, she would be revealed to be a part of S.H.I.E.L.D. and was tasked with keeping an eye on Rogers. The character is also familiar to comic book fans as Sharon Carter, the niece of one Peggy Cater. That information hasn’t been revealed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at this stage of the game, though.

As well as VanCamp, Captain America: Civil War will also feature Chris Evans as Cap, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Anthony Mackie as The Falcon, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Paul Bettany as The Vision, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Frank Grillo as Crossbones, and MCU debuts for Daniel Bruhl as Baron Helmet Zemo, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, an unknown role for Martin Freeman, and then a yet-to-be-cast Spider-Man.

To be directed by the Russo brothers, Captain America: Civil War will be released on May 6th, 2016.
