Continuing on from last week’s additions to Marvel’s The Defenders, now comes confirmation that Elodie Yung’s Eketra will be back for the mini-series.

Marvel Entertainment moved to confirm the return, which means that Yung’s Elektra joins an impressive cast that includes Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Finn Jones as Danny Rand, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Simone Missick as Misty Knight, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Scott Glenn as Stick, Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, Eka Darville as Malcolm, and Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth. Additionally, it’s expected that Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/The Punisher will be a part of the series, too, as some of Marvel’s finest heroes come together to fight a TBC villain played by Sigourney Weaver.

The return of Elektra was revealed in the below video:
