With it recently announced that The CW is developing an ARROW/FLASH spin-off show, now comes word that Dominic Purcell’s Mick Rory (pictured above right) will be a part of this new series.

Deadline is reporting that Rory, aka Heatwave, will join a roster that already includes fellow rogue Captain Cold, played by Wentworth Miller. Also already confirmed for the show are Brandon Routh, Victor Garber and Caity Lotz.; Routh is Ray Palmer, aka The Atom; Garber is Martin Stein, one half of Firestorm; and Lotz is the believed dead Sara Lance, aka Canary.

In addition to these names, the show will also be introducing three DC characters who have yet to be seen in live-action.

To be overseen by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, Marc Guggenheim and Sarah Schechter, this new series it looking to debut in 2016.
