With Columbia Pictures and Frederick Warne & Co. now working on a part-CGI, part-live-action Peter Rabbit movie, the film has brought in Domhnall Gleeson.

The Hollywood Reporter has word that Gleeson, best known to genre fans for the likes of Dredd, Ex Machina, the Harry Potter series, The Revenant and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, will be voicing Mr. McGregor in this upcoming new take on the classic books from Beatrix Potter. For those not familiar with the world of Peter Rabbit, Mr. McGregor is a no-good farmer who is constantly trying to capture and cook the rabbits who are eating his vegetables.

Already on board for Peter Rabbit are James Corden as the voice of the titular Peter, Rose Byrne as live-action female lead Bea, and Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki in unknown roles.
