Manchester-based documentary filmmakers Cosmic Joke have recently put together a film about Live Action Role Play. During their travels, they visited Østerskov Efterskole, a school for 9th and 10th grade pupils that teaches through storytelling role-playing and project-oriented teaching. Or, to put it another way, this is a school that teaches you using LARP rather than stodgy old text books and boredom. Being documentary filmmakers, Cosmic Joke made a rather fine little film about it.
