Judge Dredd books that have been long out of print have become available to fans as Kindle eBooks. Back in the ‘90s, Virgin Books were one the biggest labels for fans of genre fiction. Not only did they produce some of the most fondly regarded Doctor Who spin-off novels, they also produced a short run of Judge Dredd-inspired books.

They took the world of Judge Dredd to another level, allowing writers to explore Mega City in much more detail. They feature things such as alternate worlds were Judge Cal rules a New Roman Empire,  vast Dyson spheres being used as a jail by Mega City judges, the potential origins of the PSI Division, and everybody’s favourite grumpy Brit, Detective-Judge Armitage. They’ve been long out of print and it’s great to see them back.

The books are currently available via Amazon Kindle, and they are:

Dread Dominion by Stephen Marley

The Savage Amusement by David Bishop

Death Masques by Dave Stone

Dreddlocked by Stephen Marley

Cursed Earth Asylum by David Bishop

The Medusa Seed by Dave Stone

The Hundredfold Problem by John Grant
