We here at STARBURST are huge Chucky fans (just go back and check out issue 393), and so it’s great to see writer/director Don Mancini give a further indication that a seventh Child’s Play movie is in the works.

Mancini has previously talked about how he was working on a new outing for Chucky, although it’d been a little while since we’d last heard about another potential Child’s Play movie. Well ever the giving sort, the creator of one of horror’s most beloved icons has taken to Twitter to tease fans that Child’s Play 7 is coming soon… ish.

Of course, this could just be Mancini having fun with some impressive fan art. Still, we can hope, right?
