With Blade Runner 2 now moving forward at a rapid pace, Alcon Entertainment has announced that Carla Juri is the latest new face to board the sequel to Ridley Scott’s iconic 1982 movie.
Juri, best known for Wetlands and Morris from America, joins a cast that currently includes Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, Ana der Armas, and Sylvia Hoeks. Her role, like anyone bar Ford as Rick Deckard, is currently being kept a secret at this stage.
To be directed by Sicario’s Denis Villeneuve, Blade Runner 2 is due to start shooting in July ahead of an October 6th, 2017 release.
