Whether it’s nostalgia or just money grubbing remains to be seen, but this is a golden age of reboots, and alongside the recent news of LOST IN SPACE renaissance, Deadline have reported that BEWITCHED is the next in line.

The original ‘60s/70s series showcased a suburban housewife with supernatural powers married to an ordinary bloke. Proving to be hugely popular with audiences, it’s had an enduring 50-year legacy. In 2005, a film inspired by the series starring Nicole Kidman in the lead role was released. It was, perhaps unsurprisingly, a turkey.

Penned by THE VOW scribes, Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein, the modern-day remake is being shopped around with several studios reportedly interested.
