Viewers of BBC America are in for a treat. Just after the new season of DOCTOR WHO, BBC America is showing the first episode of INTRUDERS. As STARBURST reported in November 2013, it was created by X-Files writer and executive producer Glen Morgan.

John Simm plays the lead, former LAPD cop Jack Whelan searching for his missing wife, Amy (Mira Sorvino). A high-school friend Gary Fischer (Tory Kittles) approaches Jack to help solve a murder; this draws him into a world of intrigue and a secret society called Qui Reverti.

INTRUDERS follows in the footsteps of ORPHAN BLACK and proves that BBC America is more than just an outlet for DOCTOR WHO. It will be shown on BBC Two in the Autumn.
