More images have been released from Await Further Instructions, the new film from Johnny Kervorkian, which wrapped filming recently at GSP Studios in York.

They show more of the Milgram family, whose Christmas is thrown into even more turmoil than ever when a mysterious substance envelopes their house, and they are cut off from the outside world. The pressure cooker situation is made worse by the menacing message that appears on their television: ‘Stay Indoors and Await Further Instructions’.

Starring David Bradley (Game of Thrones), Sam Gittins (The Prey), Holly Weston (Howl), Abigail Cruttenden (The Theory of Everything), Neeja Naik (Hackney’s Finest), Kris Saddler (The Hour) and Grant Masters (Silent Witness), the film promises to be a terrifying blend of sci-fi, horror, and family drama. The film is now in post-production, and producer Jack Tarling has announced that Red Rock Entertainment and Premiere Picture have come on board as executive producers, giving an investment boost.

Await Further Instructions is expected to be released on the festival circuit in 2016. You can hear part of an interview with star David Bradley that STARBURST conducted on the set of the film as part of the Podcast here.  More coverage of the film will appear in the print edition of STARBURST and on the radio show soon.

Sam Gittins plays Nick, who brings his girlfriend Annji (Neerja Naik) into the family house from hell, where the television exerts a sinister grip, leading to paranoia and bloody carnage.

David Bradley & Neerja Naik don’t see eye to eye in a darkly monstrous tale of tyranny and television.
Grant Masters plays head of the house Tony, messed up and not to be messed with.
Abigail Cruttenden plays Beth, who tries, against all the odds, to keep her family from self-destructing.
