Spider-Man: Homecoming has brought in yet another new face to its cast, with Angourie Rice having joined the movie.

The Hollywood Reporter has word that the actress, best known for appearing in The Nice Guys and the brilliant These Final Hours, has landed an unknown role in the upcoming solo effort for Tom Holland’s Wallcrawler.

Rice joins a cast that currently includes Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Kenneth Choi as the Principal of Midtown High, Zendaya as a female lead known as Michelle, and unknown roles for Donald Glover, Martin Starr, Michael Barbieri, Laura Harrier and Tony Revolori. Michael Keaton is on board as the film’s main villain, believed to be Adrian Toomes/Vulture, whilst Logan Marshall-Green is to play a secondary villain, seemingly The Tinkerer.

To be directed by Tom Watts, Spider-Man: Homecoming is currently set for a July 7th, 2017 release.
