Over the last few weeks, we've brought you the entire run of TWISTED SHOWCASE's third series, complete with interviews with some of the stars, such as Gareth David-Lloyd and Sarah Louise Madison. And now this latest run of the eerie, unique web series is coming to an end with an episode titled EMPTY SOFA. If you shift your eyes to a little further down the page, you'll first find the episode's official press release and then will come across the episode itself.

The official word on this series-ender reads:

Tuesday 30th September sees the launch of the fifth and final episode of Series 3, Empty Sofa. This episode is a celebration of all things Twisted Showcase, so to make sure you get the most out of this episode it’s a good idea to go back and revisit Twisted Showcase from the very beginning and brush up on every weird facet of the show. But it doesn’t matter if you’re a long time viewer or a newbie, because this twisted party is open to everyone!

As well as featuring some familiar genre faces, the series' unique charm and appeal led to it being named as the only British independent show to make The Guardian's Top 25 list of web shows that you need to see . Considering that list also consists of shows that involved heavy-hitters like Seth MacFarlane, Joss Whedon, John Woo, and David Lynch, that’s quite the achievement.

Twisted Showcase is an eerie anthology that explores modern anxieties in an offbeat manner. Each episode sees a completely new plot and new characters, and always has an interesting and unique concept.

And now for the episode itself:
