EVIL DEAD Set for the the Small Screen

There were plenty of titbits to be get excited about at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, and one particularly juicy morsel that horror hounds have flocked to is the news that Sam Raimi and his brother Ivan are working together on a TV series based on Raimi’s beloved Evil Dead franchise.

Though there’s very few details at this stage, the series is set to star Bruce Campbell. It’s a tough call to get huffy when the original creator and star are involved, especially following last year’s frankly overrated remake.
