TV News: First Look at NBC's CONSTANTINE

TV News

With filming currently underway on NBC’s CONSTANTINE pilot, a first few images have surfaced showing Matt Ryan as the titular John Constantine. All of those involved in the show have been stressing that the look of the lead character will be very much like his counterpart in the comic book world, and these images certainly back those claims up.

As well as Matt Ryan as John Constantine, NBC’s show will also feature Lucy Griffiths, Harold Perrineau and Charles Halford. It’s also been confirmed that if the show gets a full season, which early word is that it will, then Papa Midnite will appear as a recurring character.

Written by David Goyer and Daniel Cerone, the CONSTANTINE pilot is being directed by NEIL MARSHALL and is expected to hit screens towards the middle of the year.

The above images were posted by the Slates For Sarah website, which is a site dedicated to the memory of Sarah Elizabeth Jones, who lost her life last month working as a camera assistant on MIDNIGHT RIDER.
