TV News

As previously reported back in April (read that story HERE), the acclaimed web comic created by brothers Ethan and Malachai Nicolle (the latter being 5 years old!) is in the process of being turned into an animated series courtesy of Fox for a currently unspecified 2013 airdate. Today a test clip has materialized on the interwebs to provide us all a sneak peek at how things are shaping up. Turns out pretty damn well actually! Not only has PARKS & RECREATION’s mighty Ron Swanson (aka Nick Offerman) been hired to provide Axe Cop’s voice (how perfect is that!), but the animation and pacing expertly capture the ADHD tone of the comic book. Check it out below and let us know what you think…

You must have the Adobe Flash Player installed to view this player.

AXE COP will air on Fox's Animation Domination slot next summer. With any luck a UK release will follow shortly.
