Following on from yesterday's news story (read that HERE), Neil Gaiman has now confirmed that he is indeed writing a second Doctor Who script, provisionally planned for the 2013 season 7 part 2 run although with the proviso that it’s always possible that the script could be bumped back to the eighth season in 2014.
Gaiman’s previous episode, the Hugo-Award winning ‘The Doctor’s Wife’ was originally planned to form part of Matt Smith’s first season in 2010 but was ultimately put back to the following year for budgetary reasons.
