TV News: Two New TV Spots Hit For J.J. Abrams' REVOLUTION...

One of our most anticipated shows of the US's new season is easily J.J. Abrams' wonderful looking REVOLUTION, but given it's so close to premiere date, we're wondering why we haven't seen more of it. There was a meaty extended trailer some months ago (here), and a few behind-the-scenes casty-type things (here), but other than that, zip. It's a stark contrast from ALCATRAZ, which had a marketing campaign and hype you simply couldn't escape. Then again that show died a terrible death (rightly so, it was pants), so perhaps they've decided to go for a much subtler approach. It either shows massive confidence that word of mouth will take care of everything and make it essential viewing, or they don't want to waste any cash promoting something they're already nervous about. Since the show sounds pretty much perfect television to us, we're leaning towards the former to be true. Here's two newly released (very short) promos to get us further amped up for September 17th...
