TMNT

We might have a long wait yet to see the characters on the big-screen now the Michael Bay produced reboot is officially on hold (you can read the very sad new here if you missed it), but the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are returning to the small screen in a matter of months.

Here's the newly released trailer for the Nickelodeon animated series. It's not going to be to everybody's tastes that's for sure.

You must have the Adobe Flash Player installed to view this player.

Booyakasha? Seriously? What was wrong with cowabunga?! Oh well. Clearly we're not the target audience for this.

Providing the voices this time out are AMERICAN PIE's Jason Biggs, LOTR's Sean Astin, and veteran voice actors Rob Paulsen & Creg Cipes.

Look out for it later this year.

This doesn't look that bad at all - at least they're trying to make it for KIDS this time; that was where that self-indulgent, boring 2003 TMNT show went wrong.
I'll give this a go, it deserves at least a chance.
