Since Fear the Walking Dead began back in 2015, many have wondered whether the Walking Dead spinoff series would ever get to cross paths with its sister show. Well, creator Robert Kirkman has now moved to confirm that, yes, a crossover of sorts will happen between the two shows.

Speaking at New York Comic Con, Kirkman confirmed, “There are two Walking Dead shows. One character is going to go from one show that I will not name and appear on another show that I will not name.”

And that’s that. No more details, no more information, no word on which character will be linking the two series together or just how the crossover will play out. As ever, though, expect more as and when we get it.

Fear the Walking Dead is currently in the midst of its third season, while The Walking Dead is due to start its eighth season on October 22nd.
