Carrie-Anne Moss Joins MARVEL'S IRON FIST

Having been an important of Marvel’s Jessica Jones and then also popping up in the second season of Marvel’s Daredevil, Carrie-Anne Moss will be a part of Marvel’s Iron First when the show arrives next year.

Marvel and Netflix have revealed that Moss’ Jeri Hogarth will be using her legal expertise in the Finn Jones-headlined show.

On this news, Marvel’s Jeph Loeb said, “Carrie-Anne has fast become a fan-favourite part of our street level saga. As Marvel fans know, Hogarth in the comics plays a critical role in the life of Danny Rand so it seems only fitting that Carrie-Anne join in.”

Showrunner Scott Buck added, “Danny Rand lives in the highest stratosphere of New York’s business society and he’s going to need a ruthless lawyer to help him navigate this alien world. I’m very happy to have the opportunity to bring Carrie-Ann Moss as Jeri Hogarth into Marvel’s Iron Fist.”

The current synopsis for Iron Fist reads:

Marvel’s Iron Fist, the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe series coming soon only to Netflix, follows Danny Rand (Finn Jones), who returns to New York City after being missing for years. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Joining Finn Jones will be Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, David Wenham as Harold Meachum, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum, and Tom Pelphrey as Ward Meachum.

Existing in the same realm as Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones and Mike Colter’s Luke Cage, Marvel’s Iron Fist is set to arrive in the second half of next year.
