TV News

As reported recently, DEAD LIKE ME creator Bryan Fuller's proposed reboot of THE MUNSTERS is now very much alive, with network NBC committing to a Pilot.

Fuller's pitch for an 'edgier' hour-long comedy/drama version of the property has now attracted the attention of another Bryan in the form of X-MEN, SUPERMAN RETURNS and THE USUAL SUSPECTS director Bryan Singer, who has signed on to executive produce the series (if, of course, it gets picked up) and will direct the pilot.

There's no arguing that both Fuller and Singer are hugely talented folk, and the latter's last show he similarly nurtured was the wildly successful HOUSE... could this actually have a shot at being something interesting after all?

For our previous coverage of the project, read here and/or here.
