RAMBO TV Series in Development

TV News

In some surprising news, Deadline reports that Sylvester Stallone’s iconic Rambo is heading to the small screen with a new TV series in development.

The outlet has word that FOX is developing a new series called Rambo: New Blood, which will apparently focus on Rambo’s until-now-unseen son, J.R. Even with the focus on a new character, it’s believed that Stallone’s John Rambo would still be making an appearance throughout the show. The actor/writer/director will also serve as an executive producer on the series.

Of course, this isn’t the only Rambo project in the works right now, with Rambo: Last Blood also in development as the cinematic franchise looks to come to an end.

As ever, expect to hear more on Rambo: New Blood as and when it develops.
