With Marvel’s Netflix-exclusive DAREDEVIL debuting tomorrow, many fans have been a little unsure on the costume that Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock will be donning as he patrols Hell’s Kitchen. We’d heard that the show will see Murdock progress through different costumes, and now comes a glimpse of the real deal, the one we all wanted to see, the familiar, classic red ensemble that Hornhead is best known for.

You must have the Adobe Flash Player installed to view this player.

So the black and red costumes are accounted for, although it remains to be seen whether we may get to see DD’s original yellow outfit. You’d have to think likely not, with the transition seemingly being from the black vigilante-type getup (also affectionately dubbed Pyjama-Man by a certain STARBURST high-up) to the famous red outfit.

The full thirteen-episode season of DAREDEVIL will be made available on Netflix as of tomorrow, starring Charlie Cox in the titular role, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Bob Gunton as The Owl, Rosario Dawson as Night Nurse, Vondie Curtis Hall as Ben Ulrich, Scott Glenn as Stick, Toby Leonard Moore as Fisk muscle Wesley, and Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk.

The official word on the show reads:

Marvel’s Daredevil follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell’s Kitchen, New York City.
