Along with the news that Mr Horned Rimmed Glasses, Jack Coleman himself, will be returning for the upcoming HEROES REBORN series, news come that another fan favourite will be returning to the fold.

Masi Oka, who played excitable Japanese office worker turned time-bending sensation Hiro Nakamura as part of a guest-starring story arc, is now on board. Oka has revealed, “I'm excited to return to my HEROES roots. Hiro Nakamura was such an inspirational role to play, and I'm hoping the fans will enjoy seeing him back on TV.”

Creator and executive producer Tim Kring added, “We are thrilled to have Masi back in the Heroes family. The character of Hiro Nakamura was such a huge part of the first series' success, and a gigantic fan favourite. We felt the fans would really love seeing him back in action again.”

HEROES REBORN is a 13-episode series from NBC and is set to premier this autumn.

As always, we’ll bring you more on HEROES when we hear it.
