Jack Sparrow Will Return...

Movie News

When a film accumulates more than $1billion in revenue during its theatrical release, Hollywood (or rather Jerry Bruckheimer) decides that the best thing to do is squirt another one in your face. Today, Pirates of the Caribbean 5 a.k.a Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales has been scheduled to set sail on July 7th, 2017. This franchise should've probably ended after the third outing but Captain Jack Sparrow's bank balance has gone down the shitter and he requires more of your tasty rum money.

So there you have it, Johnny Depp will once again don the drunken madness for Disney and he will stumble across your local cinema in 3 years time.  Currently no director has signed on to the film but Jeff Nathanson (Catch Me If You Can and The Terminal) is writing the script.
