Movie News

HALO redefined the first person shooter genre and spawned a slew of impressive sequels with a horde of hungry fans baying for more. It doesn’t really matter whether the film adaptation lives up to the games reputation and acclaim, it’ll draw fans and cash in by the bucket load.

Accomplished actor Mike Colter (THE FOLLOWING) is set to star in Sergio Mimica-Gezzan’s digital feature HALO. Rest assured, Mimica-Gezzan has more than adequate sci-fi credentials, having directed six episodes of the slick BATTLESTAR GALACTICA reboot, an episode of THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES, several outings of FALLING SKIES and an episode of the Stephen King adaptation UNDER THE DOME.

The digital feature is being executive produced by Ridley Scott and Scott Free TV president. More details as they surface.
