Movie News: New Hulk Movie to Follow AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON?

Movie News

Take this with a pinch of salt for now, but it’s claimed that the Hulk is to get another solo movie once AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON is done and dusted. The source of said claim? Why that’d be the man responsible for a whole generation dousing their drawers at the sight of the green goliath: Lou Ferrigno.

Speaking to /Film, the hulking behemoth of a man said, “Now because he saved the day [in AVENGERS ASSEMBLE], they’re making another solo Hulk movie after the second AVENGERS comes out.”

Whilst Ferrigno is best known for playing the Hulk part of the titular character in the Bill Bixby-starring THE INCREDIBLE HULK TV series, he also voices the big green guy in the current MCU. Given how various Marvel Studios personnel have often discussed how problematic a new Hulk movie is at this point, just how reliable Ferrigno’s claim is remains to be seen. Added to that, the MCU slate is pretty stacked right now with ANT-MAN, CAPTAIN AMERICA 3, THOR 3 and THE AVENGERS 3 all confirmed and solo outings for Black Widow, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Ms. Marvel all rumoured, not to mention speculation of IRON MAN 4 and GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2. Is there enough room for the Hulk to smash once more?
