Movie News

Thanks to findanyfilm.com, THE LEGO MOVIE has a new promotional trailer with some brand new footage! Here it is:

You must have the Adobe Flash Player installed to view this player.

Okay, so it's practically less than 3 seconds of new footage, but that doesn't stop it looking amazing still. Take a look at the synopsis.

An ordinary guy named Emmet (Chris Pratt) is mistaken as being the Special one who can save the Lego universe. With the aid of an old mystic named Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman), a tough young lady named Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks), and Batman (Will Arnett), Emmet will fight to defeat the evil tyrant Lord Business (Will Ferrell) who is bent on destroying the Lego universe by gluing it together.

Not only is the tagline for THE LEGO MOVIE "the greatest movie ever assembled", but it also seems to be the greatest cast ever assembled. Joining the names above we have: Liam Neeson, Charlie Day, Cobie Smulders, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum. And that's not even your lot.

A couple of weeks ago, some character posters were revealed, one of which highlights Charlie Day's character, Benny. If we were to get another cheeky clip our way it'd be interesting to see some of his role in the film.

THE LEGO MOVIE is directed by Phil Lord & Chris Miller (the guys behind 21 JUMP STREET and CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS), and comes to us on February 14th 2014. I know what my loved one is getting for Valentine’s Day!
