In the UK to promote the struggling Western blockbuster The Lone Ranger (which opens here on 9th August) Arnie Hammer revealed today that he’ll be back in the UK later this year filming his role as Ilya Kuryakin alongside Henry (Man of Steel) Cavill’s Napeleon Solo in the much-anticipated reboot of the legendary 1960’s spy spoof series The Man From U.N.C.L.E. which starred Robert Vaughn as Solo and David McCallum as Kuryakin. Some of us here at Starburst are old enough to still have our U.N.C.L.E. membership cards and badges and clip-together Walther P-38 pistols (complete with telescoping shoulder stock, obviously) so we await further news of this one with even more than the usual interest…
