Movie News

Following on from two poorly received but highly profitable outings - AFTERLIFE and last year's RETRIBUTION - Screen Gems quickly announced that we'd be getting a sixth entry next year, and today comes confirmation that franchise heads Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson have both signed on to return. In the case of MJ, she'll squeeze once more into the battle leather for Alice (or Alice's' more precisely) while her hubby Anderson pens the script and wields the megaphone as director. Both will produce.

A tentative release date of September 12th has been mentioned, but expect something more concrete soon. Now to come up with that sexy one-word subtitle...
