Movie News: Gary Oldman To Lead The Resistance Against Those Damn Dirty Apes!

Gary Oldman has joined the cast Matt Reeves' DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES. In the follow up to Fox’s franchise reboot RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES, Oldman will play Dreyfus, the leader of the human resistance against the apes who have taken control of the planet (as the title suggests). Whether this means the one time Commissioner Gordon will be on good guy or bad guy duties is unknown at this point.

Oldman joins Jason Clarke and Kodi-Smit McPhee as the cast of this film begins to take shape.

DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APRES is due for release in March 2014
