Movie News

Announced last October, the New Regency & Ubisoft Motion Pictures produced videogame adaptation has made its next significant step closer to your multiplex. Michael Lesslie is the man charged with convincing audiences that movies based on games don’t all have to suck. This will mark Lesslie’s first foray into features, but he’s garnered much cred for his short film and stage work. Michael Fassbender remains locked in as the story’s hero, barman–turned-master-Assassin Desmond Miles, and co-producer.

Expect a director to be signed soon. We’ll keep you in the loop.
