Movie News: MINDSCAPE Begins Shooting + Cast Confirmed

Brian Cox (Manhunter); Taissa Farmiga (American Horror Story) and Mark Strong (everything) are set to star in MINDSCAPE, an interesting new project from debut Spanish director Jorge Dorado. The film centres around a man with the ability to enter other people’s minds, a talent that proves particularly useful when he’s called up to find out whether a young woman (Farmiga) is, according to the synopsis doing the rounds, ‘a brilliant sociopath’, or a ‘traumatized teen’. The film is the first under the newly formed production company Ombra Films, which director Jaume Collet-Serra (HOUSE OF WAX; ORPHAN) set up to develop new genre projects from up-and-coming Spanish filmmakers. Good on 'im.
