Paladin Prophecy

Regardless of his screenwriting credits on the FANTASTIC FOUR films, Mark Frost is probably best known as the co-creator of best television series ever TWIN PEAKS. Frost is often forgotten in favour of David Lynch who also created the show and whose fingerprints are all over it. Before PEAKS, Frost was already an established television writer for HILL STREET BLUES and had written novels including THE LIST OF SEVEN.

This autumn the first in a trilogy of young adult novels written by Frost named THE PALADIN PROPHECY will be released. The novel is picking up major buzz and must be something good because the film rights have been purchased in a seven figure deal by Reliance Entertainment and Kintop Pictures. Frost will write the screenplay and be credited as an executive producer on the film.

The story focuses on a high school student named Will West who has unusual abilities which he hides in school. When a nationwide exam occurs, West scores off the charts and his cover is blown. He faces a variety of mysterious forces and secret societies and becomes embroiled in supernatural conflict. Sounds familiar doesn’t it?
