Wow, Disney aren't messing around here - hot on the furry heels of last weeks GREEN WITH ENVY trailer comes THE FUZZY PACK, the second teaser trailer for the up-coming big-screen return of THE MUPPETS. Enjoy!

Machete's in THE MUPPETS!!! Awesome!

“It’s time to play the music, It’s time to light the lights, It’s time to watch THE MUPPETS trailer tonight!”

Apparently this teaser trailer accompanied some prints of the abysmal PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN this weekend (not mine sadly) but it’s now made its way online for everybody who missed it

I should imagine that this plays a lot better in cinemas than it does here to be honest, convincing you that you’re watching yet another piece of disposable rom-com fluff before revealing its true nature half way in. So stick with it and act surprised when it takes a left-turn! Enjoy!

Here’s the movie's synopsis courtesy of the official site:

“On vacation in Los Angeles, Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan, and his friends Gary (Jason Segel) and Mary (Amy Adams) from Smalltown, USA, discover the nefarious plan of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to raze the Muppet Theater and drill for the oil recently discovered beneath the Muppets’ former stomping grounds.

To stage The Greatest Muppet Telethon Ever and raise the $10 million needed to save the theater, Walter, Mary and Gary help Kermit reunite the Muppets, who have all gone their separate ways: Fozzie now performs with a Reno casino house band called the Moopets, Miss Piggy is a plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, Animal is in a Santa Barbara clinic for anger management, and Gonzo is a high-powered plumbing magnate.

With secret, signature, celebrity cameos, The Muppets hits the big screen Nov. 23, 2011”

Sadly UK audiences have a slightly longer wait on our hands, with a 17th February 2012 release scheduled at the time of writing. Boooo!

Oh my god! My Muppets, how I have missed your stinged hands, and furry little faces. :) Its about time we have a new Muppets, and finally its here!!!

It already sounds amazing, and I love the casting choices. Amy is perfect for this, and so lovely that she will no doubt be good for the movie. Lets just hope Miss Piggy doesnt see her as competition. lol

Waiting with baited breath!
