Lennie James Joins the BLADE RUNNER Sequel

The upcoming sequel to Ridley Scott’s iconic Blade Runner has brought in a new addition in the form of Lennie James.

Alcon Entertainment has announced the news, with the Snatch and The Walking Dead actor’s role in the sequel being kept under wraps for now. James joins a cast that includes Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard and fellow newcomers in the shape of Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, Ana de Arms, Sylvia Hoeks, Carla Juri, Mackenzie Davis, Barkhad Abdi, David Dastmalchian and Hiam Abbass.

To be directed by Sicario and Prisoners’ Denis Villeneuve, the Blade Runner sequel is currently set for an October 6th, 2017 release.
