It seems barely a week goes by lately where the sequel to Ridley Scott’s iconic Blade Runner doesn’t get a new cast addition, and this week is no different. In fact, Denis Villeneuve’s sequel has brought in two new faces this week.

Alcon Entertainment has officially announced that Munich’s Hiam Abbass and Ant-Man and The Dark Knight’s David Dastmalchian are joining the film. They join a cast that currently features the returning Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard and new additions in the form of Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Carla Juri and Barkhad Abdi.

At present, Villeneuve’s Blade Runner sequel is set for an October 6th, 2017 release.
