One of the films receiving its World Premiere at the STARBURST International Film Festival, held in Manchester on August Bank Holiday weekend, is hard-hitting pseudo-documentary Don’t You Recognise Me?

Written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Jason Figgis (The Ecstasy of Isabel Mann), it’s a tense and often brutal film that will really go down well with the festival audience.

The official synopsis is:

When documentary director Tony Aiello reaches out to K Gallagher to become the participant of his Day in the Life documentary, the filmmaker unwittingly finds himself embroiled in 24 hours of terror.
