Movie News

The fine folks over at Shock Till You Drop have scored some very awesome news regarding that wonderfully titled zombie flick we were all buzzing about last week – no, not ZOMBIE ASS: TOILET OF THE DEAD, the other one, SILENT NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.

Director Paul Davis has today unveiled the first teaser poster for his flick, and it comes courtesy of veteran artist Graham Humphreys, a name that will be familiar to horror fans for his sublime work creating the UK promo art for such classics as THE EVIL DEAD, EVIL DEAD II, BASKET CASE, and (my personal favourite) THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD. Check out his SNOTLD work below…

Also announced were the first to join the cast, and in an amazing casting coup Davis and co. have snagged genre legend Tom Savini for the role of a father who, along with his son, moved from America to the West Sussex setting some 15 years ago. A relocation they’ll come to no doubt regret. HOUSE OF THE DEVIL actor AJ Bowen will play the role of Jnr.

And in an exclusive of our own, Mr. Davis has today told via Twitter that they will not be using our proposed tagline 'When There’s Noël More Room In Hell…’

Snub aside, this is still shaping up to be the ultimate 2013 feast-ive treat for horror fans!
