Movie News

You know it’s a slow and tedious news day when you’re writing about haircuts…

With that said, X-Men: Apocalypse is to bring fans something that they’ve been waiting for since X-Men: First Class: a bald James McAvoy.

Ever since McAvoy was cast as Charles Xavier, many have wondered just when the actor will lose his locks and take on the traditional bald-headed look of Professor X. Well the answer is for Bryan Singer’s upcoming movie, with the director himself posting the below image on his Instagram page.

As well as McAvoy’s Charles Xavier, Apocalypse will also feature Michael Fassbender as Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Lucas Till as Havoc, Tye Sheridan as Cyclops, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Alexandra Shipp as Storm, Lana Condor as Jubilee, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, Ben Hardy as Angel/Archangel, and Oscar Isaac as the titular Apocalypse. Then there’s also talk that Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine could make some sort of appearance in the film.

X-Men: Apocalypse is currently set for a May 27th, 2016 release.
