Simon Birks, creator of the recent comic book crowdfunding success SINNERS has launched a new project, and is giving you the chance to contribute your own 15 second short film in one of the most unique and accessible rewards we’ve seen.

The Kickstarter campaign is for a film, SARA, EXPONENTIAL. It will be shot later this year, with an intriguing plot involving a series of murders in which the victims are found with a note saying simply, ‘Sorry, Sara’

As well  as the usual rewards of screening links, IMDB credits, premiere invitations and more there’s the very enticing prospect of seeing yourself in a sister film, SARA, EXPONENTIAL – REAL SCARY. Essentially, anyone who pledges over £1 (we told it was affordable) will be able to record (on their own device – mobile, pro camera, anything) a 15 second film about what scares them!
Every eligible video (no nudity or swearing allowed, and don’t go using music or anything owned or released by someone else) will be added to the film’s website, and the top 360 will be compiled into the separate film, which will also be listed on IMDB, with your credit along with it. Now that’s pretty cool, eh?

You can find out more by checking out the Kickstarter page.
