HANNIBAL Writer Joins New FRIDAY THE 13TH

The latest relaunch of the FRIDAY THE 13TH has taken a further step forward today with the news that the film has now found a writer.

The Hollywood Reporter has word that Nick Antosca, who has penned the upcoming third season of the acclaimed HANNIBAL, has joined the project to get a solid draft up and running.

Plot-wise, we’re still none the wiser on the film, although producer Brad Fuller recently rubbished those rumours that Jason Voorhees will be slicing and dicing in a found-footage movie.

THE SIGNAL and V/H/S director David Brucker is currently on board to helm this next FRIDAY THE 13TH, which is set for a May 13th, 2016 release.
