Starburst Back In Print

Written by Jordan Royce Wednesday, 09 November 2011

The rumours are true.

At the beginning of 2012 Starburst Magazine is returning to print. We are currently working on the development of the first Print Issue which will be launched early in 2012. We are also developing the iPad and Tablet edition, which will be launched a month earlier. If that was not enough, we are also producing iPad and tablet editions of all of our Issues since we returned with Issue 366. 2012 will be the most important year for Starburst Magazine since 1977, when Dez Skinn decided that this little mag might just get some readers.

To make all of this happen – we need your help. Please could you show your support and interest for the return to print, by signing up to our Printed Edition Newsletter on this page. We need to know that there are enough of you out there to support us. We are not a Global Publishing Company, and an Independent like ourselves, can only survive and grow with your support. Which so far, has been astonishing. Please sign up, and let’s get ready for the return of Starburst to the high street.

Adoring the cover designs. Streamlined, artful. They should really stand out.

I used to subscribe for starburst magazine to have my copy delivered to me here in Malta. My subscription use to cover 3 years of issues. Hopefully this will be a return to those glorious days.
Will wait for next year (in a few months time) to put in my first subscription

Just ordered my first subscription! I was too young to know about this when I lived in England. Now though, I'm taking part. This is legendary! One small step for geeks, one giant leap for geek-kind!

Top work!
Order number 1 has my name on it - internet history has been made!

Great news! I hope the mag will have retrospective articles on old tv?films, and not just new stuff.

David I have seen some of the things planned and without giving too much away, I think you are going to be really happy.

Totally awesome to see Starburst coming back. Even more so now that I'm on the team as well. I used to absolutely adore Starburst back in the day so to be a part of a project like this is fantastic. To say I'm buzzed about it is an understatement. Good luck to all concerned.
