Here’s the newly released trailer for the hotly anticipated STAR TREK videogame from Namco Bandai & J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Interactive. Co-written by Alex Kurtzman & Bob Orci, the story aims to bridge the gap between their 2009 quasi-reboot and its currently shooting 2013 sequel. Check it out below…

STAR TREK will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, and will be released sometime 2013. The smart money's on it hitting around the same time as STAR TREK 2, which opens May 17th.
