Gaming News

While most of us here find Paul W.S. Anderson's movie series rather enjoyable we wish that franchise could achieve just a little of what the following trailer delivers in just under 6 minutes.

Whether you're an avid gamer, a dead head, or just somebody who's in the mood for some well-made action horror, we highly recommend you set aside some time to check out Capcom's latest trailer for their upcoming shooter based in the beloved universe, RESIDENT EVIL: OPERATION RACOON CITY...

Anderson take note - that sir, is how it's done! Who needs Milla Jovovich running up walls in slow motion, just hand the franchise to these guys!

Here's Capcom's official synopsis to tell us more about the game itself...

Resident Evil™: Operation Raccoon City delivers a true third person team based shooter experience set within the dark and sinister Resident Evil universe and a reinterpretation of the events depicted in Resident Evil™ 2 and Resident Evil™ 3. The setting of the Resident Evil universe not only provides a rich backdrop to the action but delivers a unique and thrilling triple threat battle. Zombies and Bio-Organic Weapons (B.O.W's) add to the mix as players not only compete against an opposing squad but also tackle this third unpredictable element, creating a brand new style of gameplay and breaking the conventions of traditional team based shooters.

RESIDENT EVIL: OPERATION RACOON CITY is released in the UK on PS3, Xbox and PC March 23rd.
