Gaming News

We’re suckers for a good card game here at STARBURST, and we’ve been singing the praises of the Lurid Trumps released by Gods and Monsters for ages. Now, they have released their fourth set following on from the sold out Video Nasty range - Mondo VHS!

Readers of a certain age (and those who have a passion for cult history) will be familiar with plenty of these titles and video sleeves and will, like us, spend many an hour marvelling at the beautiful artwork. That’s even before we sit down to have a game. Thrash your mates by out-trumping them on the new categories: Trash Factor; Sleaze Rating; Rentability, and Cover Allure. There are 40 cards in the set and future volumes in the same line planned, so as time goes on, one can amass a veritable stash of sleazy cards to battle against your pals on game night (or just over a cheeky whiskey or three).

Limited to just 200 sets worldwide, these are set to sell out and become collectors’ items just like the previous sets, and the now legendary Lucio Fulci Playing Cards that came encased in a beautiful holographic steel case.

While you’re ordering these, why not check out some of the other awesome goodies on offer at www.godsandmonstersrecords.com

Don’t forget to follow them on Twitter and Facebook - tell them we sent you!
