Welcome once again to the movie marketplace that is Watto’s Emporium, which rounds up some of the best merch that we found across the online galaxy. And this week’s the emporium gates have been flung open to reveal out of this world shirts, offers and items you need to be watching. So take our hands as we find space for more movie merchandise in the shelves of the universe’s most eclectic collection since Taneleer Tivan showed the Guardians of the Galaxy round his antiquities…just promise not to blow ours up they did, ok?

3. Watchmen Fridge Magnets (£4 each, cafepress.co.uk)

After we reported this past week on Director Zack Snyder’s plans to bring Alan Moore’s revered graphic novel The Watchmen to TV Screens (following the cult success of Snyder’s 2009 film version) it seems that more people will be watching the Watchmen than ever before. However who watches your fridge? Well they can, with this range of designer Watchmen fridge magnets from cafepress.co.uk. There are 5 different designs from the Pyramid Transitional logo, The Dr. Manhattan hydrogen atom and the Manhattan powers magnet to The Nite owl and silk spectre explosion magnet and perhaps most popular of all, a design dedicated to that ink blot mask wearing vigilante Rorschach.

2. Marvin the Martian Mars Attacks! Shirt (£17.51, redbubble.com)

Seeing as the red planet is in the focus today with the release of Ridley Scott’s of Andy Weir’s stranded in space Drama/Thriller The Martian (see our glowing review here), why not celebrate the planet’s greatest hits. And this brilliantly created shirt by Nemons on redbubble.com should do the trick nicely as it hails Tim Burton’s cult satire Mars Attacks! But gives it an appropriately loony twist by recasting the film poster with Marvin the Martian, Bugs Bunny and K-9. The shirt is inspired and the best way to celebrate the lasting legacy of Mars in TV and Film, perhaps Scott missed a trick not having a Marvin cameo in the film- after all he got one in Gravity!

1. 9 Day, 9 Shirts, £9 (£9 each, beltsbucklestees.com)

The best offer you are likely to find this side of the merchandising movie galaxy comes from the folks at beltsbucklestees.com, who starting yesterday kicked off their 9 day offer. It basically means that every 9 days the site will have 9 different t-shirt designs on offer for £9 each! The shirts are of varying design and inspired by film, TV, gaming and all manner of other interest that ought to appeal to we of Starburst descent (got the urge to insert a “hail hydra” there for some reason). It literally is a chance to grab a badass bargain shirt for a brilliant price, so keep checking on the 9 day, 9 designs, £9 offer page and see what you can pick up!
